The Blender will be responsible for blending gas and liquid standards to specification. The blends are used by our clients to calibrate varying types of equipment. The process of blending a calibration gas standard is a combination of chemistry and math and requires a technician who will pay close attention to details. Feedstock must be inspected before being used. Carefully constructed computer spreadsheets must be used to calculate the blend concentrations from the available feedstock inventory.
