  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Finance Process Engineer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand the current financial processes and ensure that they are robust
    • Develop and improve month end and forecasting processes
    • Improve response time to credit control queries to reduce bad debt risk
    • Manage budgets and cost base / savings
    • Manage and improve cash delivery
    • Drive lean processes and efficiencies within in the business
    • Legal and commercial contract reviews

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Finance degree or qualification is essential
    • Significant finance exxperience (controlling, FP&A, commercial finance)
    • Advance Excel and Powerpoint skills
    • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
    • Process improvement mind-set
    • Able to understand, review and recommend reporting system improvements
    • Change management experience
    • Senior reporting experience
    • Advanced technical skillset
    • Attention to detail, accurate, precise
    • A strong problem solver
    • Proactively identifies issues and works to identify and implement solutions
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
