  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Intercompany Accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Accountancy career within a Global TIC business.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and reconcile intercompany transactions
    • Prepare Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations for multiple entities
    • Prepare and post journal entries in multiple entities
    • Responsible for intercompany misc. billing and reconciliation
    • Interact with staff from various areas , AP, AR, GL, Purchase as required to investigate and resolve issues relate to intercompany transactions
    • Review HFM ( Hyperion Financial management) mapping and coding to ensure accurate ICP codes required in HFM for intercompany transactions at various levels
    • Provide guideline to other staff from SSC ( shared Service Center), operations, purchasing and etc. for intercompany transaction process
    • Work closely with other team member in identifying and resolving issues in intercompany transactions for continuous process improvement
    • Adhoc report & analysis

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Completion of post secondary education in related field
    • Accounting designation or actively in the program
    • 5+ years of relevant experiences
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite, particularly excel
    • Microsoft Navision and HFM experience preferred
    • Teamwork and effective communication within the team and various levels in the organization
    • Self-starter, take ownership and initiative , being proactive
    • Attention to detail, positive and can-do attitude
    • Work under pressure and well organized
