Element has an opportunity for a Penatrent NDT Technician II to join our growing team. To properly perform specific calibrations, specific tests and to record results in accordance with specific approved procedures. In this role the Level 2 Technician will be responsible for providing reliable results while paying close attention to safety and project timelines.
Experience with liquid penatrent processes
Penatrent Level II per NAS 410
Experience testing some combination of: Welds, castings, steel, titanium and aluminum
Experience using industry specs such as: ASTM E1 742, Boeing, GE, Honeywell and Pratt
Ability to organize and document NDT results
Familiar with testing codes and standards
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
