  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


    • Accurate and complete invoices
    • Report collation, including formatting, T&C’s etc and dispatched to client, completion of OTD data
    • Issuing credits ensuring appropriate authorisation obtained
    • Paperless job files – all documents scanned into job folder
    • Accurate and timely completion of weekly and monthly exports to deadlines
    • Translation of reports / documents as necessary
    • Operating switchboard
    • Visitor experience including H&S induction
    • Emergency roll call
    • Management of meeting rooms
    • Organising catering for meetings
    • Dealing with / distribution of incoming post and outgoing post
    • Arranging couriers
    • Booking of taxis
    • Management of Reception Support email inbox
    • Maintaining switchboard personnel contact details
    • Maintaining of various monitoring spreadsheets
    • Responsible for the production and upkeep of a comprehensive Reception Operating Procedures Manual
    • Completion of tasks within various inboxes as instructed by SSSA / TL including but not exhaustive to:
    • DC1’s
    • Raising of PO’s and GRN’ing
    • Annual fees
    • Dispatching of labels
    • Credit notes
    • Queries
    • Assisting with the upkeep of the standards library
    • Tasks allocated on a priority basis to assist with the smooth running of the department and to ensure all SLA’s are met.

    Skills / Qualifications


    • Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
    • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
