Element has an opportunity for an HRIS Coordinator to join its growing team in Mississauga.
The primary function of the HRIS Coordinator is to implement and administer the ADP Workforce Now platform in Canada, including aligning benefits, corporate group structure and self-service transactional workflows with Element procedures. Additionally, this role will create internal workflow policies in conjunction with the Benefits and HRSC Coordinators, who will administer for their respective areas folliwng implementation.
This role also serves as a key member of the HR Team in Canada, providing support to the HR Manager.
