  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join our growing Team. This is a great opportunity to develop further your Administration skills.


    • Work closely with the Procurement and the AP Departments to ensure requirements are understood perfectly
    • Communicate billing requirements to key vendors previously defined by Element
    • Ensure requirements are understood by the vendors
    • Monitor implementation with vendors and communicate progress back to Element


    Skills / Qualifications

    • Highly motivated individual with a flexible approach to work
    • Must possess excellent communication skills both in writing and oral
    • Must have great organizational skills to ensure tasks are performed and delivered on time
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
