Element has an opportunity for a Trainee / NDT Technician to join our team at our Dudley facility. This role involves performing dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspections within our plant to support production quality and compliance. We welcome applications from both experienced technicians and those looking to start a career in NDT with full training provided.
For trainees: An interest in engineering/manufacturing with a willingness to learn NDT techniques (full training provided)
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills.
Commitment to safe working practices and high-quality standards
The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo the following checks once offered; UK right to work, identity confirmation, 3 year employment history and criminal record check
