  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a sharp Administrative Assistant who is willing to take on various responsibilities including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, human resources, special projects, and much more. This is a team oriented position that focuses on efficiency through accuracy and collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    • Efficient and accurate data entry
    • Creating Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets for special projects
    • Regular in-person reception abilities
    • Telephone and email communication skills with all levels of the organization
    • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Candidate must pay attention to detail, have follow up skills and be able to successfully multi-task at any give time
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Must have the ability to work well independently and in a team environment

    Skills / Qualifications

    • High School diploma and 2 -5 years of experience working in a professional office setting using accounting prinicples and practices
    • Requires experience using accounting software for purchasing, receiving and billing
    • Ability to follow SOP's, organize work and set priorites to meet deadlines
    • Establish and maintain effective working relations with all staff members in all departments
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of private data
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours and flexibility of overtime depending on the workload and staffing needs
