Element has an opportunity for a Project Manager. Reporting to the Senior Cluster General Manager the Project Manager splits into two functions, operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role ensures all project outputs meet regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards while managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scale within the annual budget cycle. The manager coordinates cross-functional stakeholders—including laboratory teams, technical specialists, quality and compliance functions, procurement, suppliers, and senior leadership—to align on scope, timelines, and operational impact.
Ideal base is near Warrington.
Infrastructure and equipment delivery
Leading the full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure projects across accredited TIC laboratories and test facilities
Continuous Improvement
The Project Manager plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across laboratory operations and business functions.
Strong project management capability with experience delivering technical or laboratory-based infrastructure
projects.
Deep understanding of the operational needs of a TIC environment, including accuracy, repeatability, traceability, and compliance.
