Element has an opportunity for Resident Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

• Lead, manage and plan the site activities or work schedule (related to surveying profession only) to ensure the job progress runs smoothly, ensure and verify survey control points for statutory requirements.
• Be responsible for site in-house data processing and operation, good maintenance of surveying instrumentation e.g., total station, levelling instrument, etc.
• To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.
• To conduct training skills (related to surveying profession only) periodically in order to maintain and upgrade the surveying skill of team members.
• Assist production team to produce shop drawings, as built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
• Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.
• Lead and inspire high performance, to ensure all readings are taken on a timely, efficient, and accurate basis.
• Attending site meeting and liaising positively with client on land surveying matters and make alternative solutions when necessary.

Education: Degree in Land/Engineering Surveying or related, Tech. Memb Learned Soc.
Education: Minimum 5-years as a Surveyor
