Element Materials Technology has an opportunity for a Divisional Sales Director, at our Warren, MI lab, who is responsible for the overall commercial performance of a group of clusters or sub-divisions within a Business Unit. They provide strategic leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to Sales Managers and/or Business Development Directors with line management responsibility.
This role owns the revenue portfolio across their division, including new business generation, customer retention, share of wallet growth, and strategic account execution. Working closely with other senior leaders, they translate Element’s commercial strategy into regional execution, ensuring every cluster delivers against its revenue and customer goals.
The Divisional Sales Director plays a key role in developing leadership capability, embedding commercial excellence, and driving alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and other enabling functions.
