Element has an opportunity for an Operations & Sales Support Co-ordinator who will play a key role in supporting revenue generation, client retention, and efficient service delivery within the Occupational Hygiene (OH) department.
The role provides essential sales support through timely quotation management, proactive follow up, and repeat work coordination, while also ensuring smooth booking, scheduling, and client communication processes. By maintaining momentum from enquiry through to booking, the role helps maximise quote conversion, diary utilisation, and client satisfaction.
In addition, the role provides flexible operational support during periods of increased workload, ensuring continuity of service and protecting commercial performance. This position offers structured exposure to sales activity and client engagement, with clear development potential into a future sales or account management role.
