Element is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Test Engineer to join the Dynamics department which focuses on fatigue and fracture mechanics. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about engineering and problem-solving while ensuring the highest quality standards in products and systems. Comprehensive test plans will be developed and implemented, culminating in full reporting with interpretation of results. This also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Salary: $75,000- $90,000/yr DOE
• Lead the design, development and execution of test plans for new and existing products
• Document test results, identify defects and track them through resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage
• Maintain test equipment and ensure the test environment is operational and safe
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Provide timely feedback and documentation on issues, risks and improvements • Participate in design reviews as required
· Associate's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
· At least 3 years of experience in a testing, quality assurance, or engineering support role
· Basic knowledge of testing principles, QA methodologies, and engineering processes
· Familiarity with testing tools and scripting languages is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
