Warringtonfire, part of Element are looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator for a 12 month, fixed term contract.
You will support the effective operation of the testing environment by developing and populating the Limble CMMS system. Working closely with the existing Maintenance Coordinator, the role will ensure that all legal obligations, audit requirements, inspection schedules, and third‑party maintenance activities are accurately captured and maintained within the system.
The postholder will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance tasks, delegating work to the Maintenance Engineering team while monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. Additionally, the role will maintain clear oversight of all job statuses, providing regular updates to management and ensuring data integrity across the CMMS.
