The Radiographic Testing (RT) Trainee position is a structured development role designed for individuals preparing to achieve RT Level II certification within twelve (12) months. This role provides hands-on radiographic testing experience, formal training, and on-the-job training (OJT) under the supervision of certified personnel. Each trainee is assigned a dedicated buddy to support skill development, OJT hour completion, and milestone achievement.
Salary: $22- $24/hr DOE
Successful completion of certification and qualification requirements will provide the opportunity to work onsite at client locations, with per diem eligibility, supporting radiographic inspection services across a variety of projects and environments.
