Element has an opportunity for an Office Manager. Reporting to the General Manager II, the Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policies. This role supports management and staff by coordinating office activities, managing resources, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external personnel. This position is located onsite at the Fort Myers, Location.
Salary: $60,000.00 yr
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor/client relationships, including purchasing and contract coordination
• Coordinate administrative procedures and systems to improve workflow and operational effectiveness
• Support human resources functions, including onboarding, recordkeeping, and coordination of employee documentation
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and provide logistical and administrative support to management
• Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office security standards
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
