Element has an opportunity for a Associate Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.  

This role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore.

• Assist in installing and maintaining geotechnical instruments like inclinometers, piezometers, and settlement markers

• Collect and record monitoring data from the site

• Check instruments regularly to make sure they work correctly

• Assist in preparing reports and summaries of the data

• Follow safety rules and site regulations at all times

• Work with engineers and the project team to support monitoring activities

• Keep instruments and tools organized and ready for use.

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field
• Basic knowledge of testing concepts and computer skill
• Working experience in the construction industry
• Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under the most challenging conditions and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
