As a Divisional Commercial Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our commercial performance. This leader will champion a suite of high-impact initiatives, tools, and processes that strengthen our commercial capabilities and empower our sales teams to excel.
In this role, you will proactively drive progress across key actions and KPIs, translating data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decision-making. Your timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations will directly influence how the Division operates and how we enable our teams to surpass their targets.
As our Power BI and CRM Champion, you’ll partner closely with the Divisional Sales Director, Business Unit Commercial Excellence Manager, and sales teams to enhance adoption of commercial systems, embed best practices, and cultivate a culture where excellence is part of everyday work. Your leadership will help create a consistently aligned, high-performing, and customer-centric environment.
