Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Administrator to join our growing team based at our Wythenshaw, Manchester office. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global testing, inspection and certification businesses business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling surveys with clients and co-workers team
  • Responsible for the generation and release of survey reports and certificates
  • Liaison with clients
  • Preparing diagrams from property plans
  • Preparing site paperwork for site team
  • Day to day office admin duties
  • Updating works trackers using excel spreadsheets

 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to sort/filter and manage data in large files.
  • Good general MS Office skills including Word and Outlook
  • Experience of Visio or similar drawing packages highly advantageous
  • Great customer service experience
