Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Program Manager. The objective is to be the equivalent to a small business owner (or General Manger) for your assigned program(s). Be the single point of contact and voice of the customer but protect Element from all potential legal concerns.
 

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/yr DOE 

 

Responsibilities

• Main customer contact for all matters
• Provide quick, accurate responses to email and telephone inquiries
• Issue daily status updates for every customer work order in WIP
• Proactively address work order delays with the customer to ensure no sudden surprises
• Negotiate and implement customer expedite requests
• Offer testing solutions to the customer’s Engineering team when test failures occur
• Review daily lab capacity with Operations and outsource to other Element labs as needed
• Coordinate quotations and respond to customer RFQs
• Review, approve, and distribute drawing & specification revision updates
• Coordinate return of customer-owned material
