Join us as an Order Entry Administrator and discover how your contribution to routine and non-routine tasks plays a critical role in helping us deliver on our purpose of “Making tomorrow safer than today.” Your work will directly support aerospace clients like Boeing, SpaceX, and Blue Origin by ensuring smooth and accurate data processing in support of end-to-end planning.

 

Salary: $22-25/hour Depending on Experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer and order information into databases from forms and purchase orders
  • Review all entered data for accuracy, flag and report inconsistencies to management
  • Collect and validate all required information before data entry
  • Scan, print, and organize necessary documents
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Create part profiles in the XLims ERP system following standardized formats
  • Attach correct worksheets and documentation to part profiles
  • Ensure all quality documents are current per the latest purchase order revisions

 

Skills / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong proficiency with office software and data entry systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (or other data entry systems)

Work Environment:

This position is based in an office environment within our aerospace testing facility in Huntington Beach, CA. You will work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-accuracy setting that supports some of the world’s leading aerospace companies. The role requires extended periods of computer work and attention to detail, often involving repetitive tasks. You’ll be expected to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and follow standardized procedures while contributing to our shared mission of Making tomorrow safer than today.
