We’re looking for a Quoting Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate, timely quotes that connect customers with our industry-leading testing and analytical services. Site Status: 100% On-Site
Pay Range: $32-$38/hr. (DOE)
Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, project timelines, and competitive positioning to ensure quotes are strategic and customer-focused
Support the sales process by providing clear, timely pricing data and helping refine proposals to strengthen customer value and win potential
Participate in sales calls or customer meetings when technical or pricing clarification is required
Collaborate with business development to identify opportunities for upselling complementary testing services or expanded project scopes
Track quote conversions and customer feedback to help improve pricing strategies and strengthen future proposals
Maintain a deep understanding of Element’s full testing portfolio to confidently communicate service offerings and capabilities to prospective clients
