Overview

Element San Bernardino is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead project planning, resource coordination, and productivity tracking to ensure alignment with customer schedules. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support a fast-paced and dynamic environment through effective forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
 

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr DOE 

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
• Monitor daily productivity and support on-time delivery
• Coordinate materials, manage BOMs, and identify long-lead items
• Collaborate with Project Managers on delivery timelines
• Track cross-functional training and skill matrices
• Support resource planning and headcount forecasting
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics
• Forecast revenue, productivity, EBITDA, and on-time delivery
• Perform tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
• Manage throughput capacity including staffing levels are adequate to support customer demands

Skills / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (3) year similar job experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment or a combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, project management, or operations
• Proven experience with instrumentation, data, and control systems
• Strong understanding of blueprints, P&IDs, CAD drawings, and schematics
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic math and reasoning abilities
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off shifts as needed
