Overview

Element has an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business.In this role, you will drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans and acts as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unit.

 

This role is based in Tuas, Singapore. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, verification of invoices and payment for invoices 
  • Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors
  • Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding,off-boarding, payroll etc
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees and assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position

  • Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Good command of spoken, written English and ability  to deal with all issues of foreign workers
