Overview

Element has an opportunity for a remote Program Manager, working on-site at Pratt & Whitney located in Columbus, GA. This role is a key function in servicing our customer and being a liaison between Element Charlotte and Pratt & Whitney.

 

Position will be on-site at Pratt & Whitney in Columbus, GA

 

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000/yr DOE 

 

 

Responsibilities

• Communicate testing status between Element Charlotte and Pratt & Whitney
• Mitigate testing capacity concerns between the sites
• Respond to any technical customer questions
• Develop metrics for tracking purposes
• Set & achieve testing goals
• Create & present PowerPoint presentations
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc)
• Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company.
• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
• Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements; helps develop proposals including cost estimates, work plan and terms and conditions.
