Identify and analyse external spend for licenses and services within IT, and categorise appropriately to enable effective strategy development.
Develop, communicate, and implement category strategies that deliver value, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
Establish and embed supplier management best practices to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration on contract and supplier management matters.
Promote the role and capabilities of the Procurement team to increase visibility, engagement across the business.
Ensure all contracts are fully documented and maintained to support compliance and risk management.
Benchmark and challenge existing approaches, driving innovation and continuous improvement in supplier management practices across the organisation and its acquisitions.
Rationalise the supplier base by consolidating spend with key suppliers to leverage economies of scale and achieve cost efficiencies.
Monitor and manage supplier performance against contractual obligations, ensuring timely interventions where remedial action is required.
