Join Element as a Business Development Manager – West Coast Region
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships? Element is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across named accounts within our West Coast territory.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting the full suite of Element’s services, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned accounts. You’ll also play a key role in supporting strategic and key accounts at the local level, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Base pay up to 130K + Sales Compensation Plan (DOE)
