Element has an opportunity for EMI Test Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team. Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered from those starting their testing careers to those with several years of EMI or related testing experience. This role involves performing routine and non-routine EMI testing assignments, preparing equipment, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records, all while complying with company safety and quality standards.
Salary: $24 – 35/hr DOE
Adapt responsibilities based on experience level:
- Less-experienced technicians perform tasks under supervision, learn testing procedures, and assist in troubleshooting.
- More-experienced technicians work independently on complex assignments, develop test setups, troubleshoot issues, and may mentor junior staff.
