Element has an opportunity for an IUT Department Manager, who is responsible for a variety of production functions, including coaching, allocating resources, product flow, and team engagement.
Salary: $85,000- $90,000/yr DOE
• Lead team by example for safety, quality, and production
• Ensure all team members wear required PPE
• Ensure all team members use provided safety equipment at all times
Ensure all quality requirements are met
• Direct team members in daily production needs to meet daily production goals
• Coach team in most efficient methods of processing in each department
• Ensure all daily department metrics are met
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner

• Excellent communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Must have the ability to use basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentage, fractions, decimals, etc.)
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
• Must be a certified inspector in IUT
