The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support across core HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in HR practices and systems. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate pursuing a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to areas such as employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and engagement.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Process and track employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
Draft and maintain employee documents, such as internal offer letters, shift differential letters, certification-related increase letters; save new hire documents into employee files and process status change forms
Create New Hire Kits and onboarding folders
Receive and process mail from all lab locations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Support and coordinate internal audits, HR programs, and projects as assigned
Maintain HR systems and databases with accurate and up-to-date employee data; process changes in alignment with approved forms and procedures
Provide consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a positive and productive workplace
Collaborate with HR team members to identify process improvements and enhance the employee experience across the full employment lifecycle
