Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate precision cleaning within our precision cleaning facility. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of precision cleaning programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

 

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000/yr DOE 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs from initiation through completion.
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers, engineers, technicians, quality assurance, and senior leadership.
  • Develop detailed program schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress and performance of precision cleaning programs, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
  • Coordinate and lead program meetings, status updates, and reviews.
  • Manage scope changes, customer expectations, and contract deliverables.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cleaning processes, customer satisfaction, and program management practices.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase programs from concept through delivery.
  • Understanding of cleaning planning, protocols, data acquisition, and reporting relevant to the facility’s focus
  • Familiarity with relevant industry and regulatory standards (e.g., IEST, ISO/IEC 17025, AS9100, FDA, MIL-STD, ASTM, etc.).
  • Strong team leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication with clients, engineers, technicians, and management.
  • Skilled at managing client expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Analytical thinker who can navigate technical and logistical challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously with varying priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
