Calibration Technician

Overview

We're looking for a skilled Calibration Technician to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our critical measurement systems
 

Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE 

 

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot diverse instrumentation and equipment used to measure properties such as vibration, temperature, electricity, mechanics, pressure, and weight.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to verify strict adherence to established calibration standards.
• Utilize calibration software and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults, document non-conformance, and meticulously track results.
• Apply a strong understanding of industry and quality standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, NIST, and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1.

Skills / Qualifications

• High school diploma or completion of a technical or trade school program.
• 1-3 years of practical experience in instrumentation and calibration, or equivalent specialized training/certification.
• Demonstrated strong computer and mathematical abilities are highly beneficial.
