Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer. The incumbent will support the sales process and coordinates between operation team and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Verify purchase order value and quotation with customers
  • Create and update job entries in the system
  • Liaise with customers on collection, report dispatch, and/or audit requirement
  • Track work in progress and turnaround time
  • Generate sales orders/ tax invoices for signature and payment before report dispatch

Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
  • Excellent administrative, data entry and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Good customer service and able to handle customer needs effectively and efficiently
  • Self-starter with good organisation skills
