Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Certification Administrator to join our growing team. The incumbent will provide administration support to the certification team.

 

This role will be based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as external auditors and customers
  • Track and monitor audit test schedule and ensure compliance
  • Responsible for invoicing
  • Prepare relevant information for tender submission or sales team for quotation
  • Issue label and/or certification to customers
  • Maintain and update record to certificate database
  • Upload relevant information to required customer’s website or portal

Skills / Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Excellent administrative, data entry and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-starter with good organisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel
  • Candidate who can start work within short notice will be an added advantage
