Element has an opportunity for a seasoned and visionary Division Director to lead our Inspection and Industrial Services division. This role is a senior leadership position with enterprise-wide impact, responsible for defining and executing long-term strategy, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence across the division.
The Division Director will work closely with General Managers and key stakeholders to shape strategic direction, optimize capital investments, and elevate performance across safety, operations, customer engagement, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, a proven track record of turnarounds or growth in complex operational environments, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while building strong customer and commercial relationships.
