Element has an opportunity for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to perform order entry of incoming test requests, material and other scheduled tasks under direction of Operations Manager or detailed procedures. Perform technical review of client PO’s to ensure compliance.
Salary: $22- $25/hr DOE
• Receiving incoming material
• Compiling required paperwork for a job package for order entry
• Generating shipping paperwork
• Setting up shipment with carriers
• Shipping out customer material to customers in a timely manner
• Upkeep of spreadsheets for shipments/receipts, jobs on hold, shipment tracking information for customers
• Customer service to customers regarding their shipments
• Ability to utilize forklift on occasion
• High school degree required
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in logistics, shipping, and packaging desired
• Basic Computer skills
