Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR), primarily responsible for handling straightforward price and requests for quotes (RFQ's) from our customers via email or over the phone and following up on pending or issued quotations. Must have a four year BS degree in either an Engineering field or Business Admin/Marketing. Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
The Customer Service Representative may also be involved in identifying new sales opportunities through proactive questioning to ensure maximum share of customers' testing business. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, action oriented, approachable and patient.
Other potential tasks include proactive follow up on leads to convert quotations into orders, identify technical requirements and generate simple quotes, if needed. The CSR must be able to articulate Element testing to both business and technical users. It is a responsibility to assure customer satisfaction. In addition to client relations, this role will interact with the Inside Sales Manager, Element Sales Team, General Manager, and lab personnel.
