Element has an opportunity for a fixed term (3-6 months) Customer Expereince Administrator to join our growing team Calgary. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.

• Submit invoices
• Follow up with clients on work tickets
• Utilize LIMS systems, customer portals and excel tools to efficiently bill customers and close contracts.
• Answer client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
• Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes.

• Experience with invoice portals such as Open Invoice and Cortex an asset
• Candidate would ideally have high attention to detail with ability to spot errors, strong organizational skills, basic accounting and math skill.
• Experience with invoicing procedures, and computer software including Excel, Outlook, and LIMS would be an asset.
• High school diploma with related experience
• On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS Operation Training, LIMS Modules
• Basic computer and accounting skills, knowledge of accounting requirements for entering clients
