Element has an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Facilities Supervisor/Manager to oversee the physical infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and safety of our testing laboratory locations in Fremont and Newark California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a combined total of 56,000 square feet (one 30,000 sq ft facility and one 26,000 sq ft facility), ensuring both sites are optimized for specialized testing services, including Environmental, Mechanical Dynamics, and EMC testing. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage complex facility needs across multiple sites.
