Element has an opportunity for a Dynamics Test Technician to prepare and conduct tests, collect and analyze test results, and prepare test reports for assigned customer test programs.

Salary: $25-$33/hr

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge.
Ideally (not required), the candidate should possess:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in mechanical studies, automation, process controls, or robotics from two-year college or technical school plus one (1) to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to interface with customers to determine their needs and provide a satisfactory outcome
Experience working with Quality Management Systems (i.e. ISO 17025 and ITAR Regulations) and Trade Compliance Regulations (i.e. ITAR or EAR) is desired but not required
