Element has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in building client loyalty by developing and managing relationships with both new and existing customers. The Client Services Representative will monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role will handle billing responsibilities and resolve invoicing and pricing discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
Compensation: $22.00 - 26.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service aligned with Element’s strategic objectives and business operating plans.
Monitor testing schedules to ensure due dates are met and provide clients with timely updates on work in progress.
Complete and distribute status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, including issues with quantities, specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to address variations between purchase orders, quotations, and system pricing.
Generate and process invoices for completed orders.
Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes efficiently and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and client satisfaction.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, with experience as a first point of escalation preferred.
Solid understanding of invoicing processes and billing cycles.
Experience in the aerospace or materials testing industry is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stressful situations, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, escalate issues appropriately, and manage conflict tactfully.
This position is primarily performed in an office or laboratory support environment.
Requires frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
May require occasional interaction on the laboratory floor to coordinate with technical teams.
Work is generally performed while seated at a desk, with some standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs) required.
The role involves frequent collaboration, both in-person and virtually, and may include multitasking under time-sensitive conditions.
Standard work hours apply, with flexibility to support urgent client needs or deadlines when necessary.
