Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry to perform order entry of incoming test requests and other scheduled tasks under direction of General Manager or detailed procedures. Perform technical review of client PO’s to ensure compliance.

Salary: $21-$26/hr DOE
• Receive incoming shipments & assist with customer pickup and return of samples
• Review & Verify customer PO’s, and enter work orders into LIMS
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, assisting them with order status updates
• Distribute entered sample / material to required processing departments
• Ensure that requirements for Subcontracting of work are met and generate required documentation, upon request
• Assist with coordination of production, quality and process improvements
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with company safety and quality policies and procedures and regulatory agency regulations
This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will need:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to decipher and identify complex P.O. instructions into applicable header data fields. Training will be provided
• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
• Oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
• Availability to work overtime as needed, weekdays as well as some weekend flexibility
• Positive attitude, to remain focused on solutions for internal and external customers
