Overview

Element is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented D365 Training & Enablement Specialist to support the training and change management efforts of Project Fusion — our enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and related solutions. This role is critical in preparing our global teams for the transition to new business processes and systems. 

 

As a core member of the Training & Transformation team, you will work under the direction of the D365 Training Transformation Lead to develop, coordinate, and deliver impactful training and user enablement experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global transformation initiative that will standardize processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital adoption across Element.

 

This position is hybrid: 3 days in the offer

Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Execution 

  • Support the planning and scheduling of training events in collaboration with the Training Lead and Transformation Leads. 

  • Assist in delivering end-user training for D365 F&O and related applications across finance and operations. 

  • Conduct small-group and one-on-one training sessions, both virtual and onsite. 

  • Support the facilitation of Train-the-Trainer workshops. 

 

Training Content Development 

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including user guides, quick reference documents, walkthrough videos, and eLearning content. 

  • Help localize training materials to address entity or lab-specific needs while aligning with global standards. 

  • Support the organization and version control of training content across platforms. 

 

Readiness & Hypercare Support 

  • Participate in pre-rollout readiness activities including stakeholder communication, environment access prep, and logistics coordination. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for end-user questions during hypercare, escalating issues as needed. 

  • Capture feedback and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement of training materials. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the GBS team, Business Analysts, and Process Leads to ensure training aligns with process changes and system functionality. 

  • Support alignment between training, testing, and cutover planning streams to ensure a seamless end-user experience. 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting ERP training initiatives, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical content in business-friendly terms.

  • Experience in developing or supporting adult learning content, including digital learning tools and video creation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with LMS platforms and content management tools preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25—50% as needed for training delivery.
