Element Metech in Denmark is looking for an engaged SHE Coordinator to play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and developing our local SHE programs. This includes risk assessments, audits, training, and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in workplace safety.
You will coordinate across and work closely with our QA team and Operations team to maintain high safety and quality standards across all processes. The role reports to the functional SHE manager in the Element Metech Division but with a key partner role to the Danish Leadership Team and involves collaboration across multiple locations.

We offer flexible working conditions with the ability to plan your own workday. Your base will be in either Herning or Taastrup but also with travelling activities to other Danish and division facilities.
