Overview

Element is currently seeking a Full-Time, Long-Term 1st shift Test  Technician Supervisor for a facility located in Kokomo, Indiana (46901).

The Test Technician will be responsible for the setup and performing crash test on “Test Dummies”.

 

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule testing procedures
  • Manage and monitor test technicians
  • Provide guidance and support to service technicians
  • Ensure quality checks upon test completion
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of test results
  • Oversee inventory management or parts equipment
  • Conduct Weekly Team meetings every to discuss the upcoming test schedules
  • Monitor scheduled days off, sick days or any other personal time for test team

Skills / Qualifications

  • Understanding of testing procedures and protocols
  • Strong knowledge computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Outlook/Email
  • Accurate data entry/recording skills
  • Experience in automotive crash/seat testing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
