Element has an opportunity for a Deputy Operation Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting to  Operation Manager, Drilling. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient utilisation of personnel for successful project execution.  A strategic planner who ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximise efficiency, cost-effective execution and project success.

This role is based at Kaki Bukit, Singapore 

• Analysing project proposals and geotechnical investigation plans to determine the required crew size, skillsets and expertise for each project phase (mobilisation, drilling, sampling, demobilisation)

• Developing and maintaining standardised operating procedures for various drilling methods, safety protocols, and sample collection techniques to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of drilling rigs and associated equipment. Coordinating with equipment suppliers or internal maintenance teams to ensure rig availability and minimize downtime.

• Ensuring drilling operations adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements, timelines, and specific crew needs.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant office support / business operations / administrative experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  and communicate effectively with various departments
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders within the business and Afollow through on process execution with discipline and thoroughness
