• Deliver frameworks for the creation of business development plans
  • Create and manage an annual business development plan 
  • Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other decision makers to obtain new work and generate new enquiries
  • Manage the sales process / quotation pipeline to ensure all businesses achieve the growth targets
  • Lead intelligent initiatives and market surveys and determine strategies with senior management
  • Provide updated overviews about the company to various key clients, including presentations at board level
  • Negotiate and develop contracts / agreements for domestic and international clients
  • Identify opportunities for mergers and acquisitions
  • Monitor trends in the O&G industry regionally while gaining general market intelligence related to competitors, EPC contractors and the primes
  • Participate in various international events, conferences and exhibitions to build on the company portfolio
  • Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales throughout the region provided
